Motion Display extends the subscription period to April 4
Motion Display Scandinavia AB has learned that private investors, due to technicalities in the setup of the new share issue, have not been able to use their investment savings accounts (ISK), or use the investment deduction (Investeraravdrag), when subscribing for the shares. The Board has therefore decided to extend the subscription period through Friday, 4 April 2014. New first trading day is scheduled for April 22.
The extended subscription period allows time to participate in the new share issue for those who want to exploit the rules for investing deductions. Technically this has been solved by an addendum to the memorandum explaining how to proceed in order to directly subscribe for newly issued shares. In order to subscribe for shares and take advantage of the investing deductions, a special Application form is to be used (Anmälningssedel 2).
